The employee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organisation, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your enrolment in or use of the Programs, including, but not limited to, any disputes with third-party educational institutions.

6. Modifications to the Terms:

The Organisation reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the micro website. Your continued enrolment in or use of the Programs after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

By enrolling in or utilizing any of the programs provided by the organisation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Program Description:

The employee shall be providing requisite information at the time of application at their own accord and the Organisation shall not be liable for usage of the information provided on the portal.

The Organisation is not the provider of this educational content; rather, acts as facilitator to provide these programs to our employees offered by a third-party service provider with universities and institutions. While we shall strive to keep the information on the content accurate and up-to-date, on the micro site offered by the partner, we make no representations or warranties about the content or outcomes of these programs offered by the universities and institutions.

Employees are requested to enter into these programs solely at their own discretion. The Organisation doesn’t hold any liability on the content offered by these programs.

3. Enrolment and Payment:

Registration: To enrol in any program, the employee must complete the registration process and provide accurate personal information as requested by the respective university or institution. The Organisation will have no say in the university’s selection process or have any influence over the same in anyways whatsoever.

Fees: Employees of the Organisation shall be eligible for preferential rates on programs, which will be applied directly at the time of course fee payment by the service provider as per their applicable terms & conditions. The Organisation shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever arising as a result of transactions between employee and the beneficiary. The Organisation employees shall be eligible for preferential rates on fees subject to the university or institution norms. All fees associated with the programs must be paid by the employee as prescribed by the respective university or institution. Payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the programs; please refer to individual program descriptions for specific details.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by program and are determined by the respective educational institutions and extended to the Organisation by the partner. The Organisation will not be held liable for any refunds or disputes regarding program fees and the employees are required to get them addressed by the partner involved in the process.
